Step into the Season’s Magic in East Sacramento
For Sacramento locals, the Sacred Heart Holiday Home Tour in East Sacramento’s historic Fabulous Forties neighborhood has become a beloved way to celebrate the season. Since 1973, the Sacred Heart Parish School has organized this special event to raise funds, with generous residents opening their beautiful homes to the public and welcoming visitors to experience extraordinary holiday décor created by professional designers.
The self-guided tour spans three days (December 6-8), allowing you to walk through each home at your own pace. Simply bring your printed ticket and step into a holiday wonderland as you explore homes adorned with festive lights, classic wreaths, and artfully decorated trees. And the tour isn’t just about the homes; Sacred Heart Parish School also offers a cozy on-site Holiday Cafe and Boutique, free to enjoy for ticketed guests and the public alike. Savor seasonal bites, soups, sweet treats, or a glass of bubbly from the champagne bar, then browse gifts from over 25 local artisans at the Holiday Boutique.
Tickets to this enchanting tour are available online, with all proceeds supporting Sacred Heart Parish School. Don’t miss this chance to stroll through beautifully styled homes and catch the holiday spirit in one of Sacramento’s most charming neighborhoods!
